Lack there of, None caring. Yes this is brought on by a major depressed state. I'm not sure if my frame of mind is anything similar to others. It's one thing to read about the recommendations of resolution but being able to follow generic remedies is impossible for me. I do attempt, with a positive attitude but become discouraged. I fall back to prior health distructive habits waiting for another cure. No, I'm not feeling sorry for myself, I am in therapy, my downfall is complete structure. Special diet program: $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ What about those who can't possibly afford the prepackaged items. THROWN IN OUR FACE DAILY (Showing the wonderful successful beautiful results) Pushed by celebrities of course. Excerise Programs: Wonderful...Again $$$$$$$$$$ I'm unemployed so budget is my biggest worry. Actually right now I am watching a "program" focusing on the PINK method. This is just what I am looking for.. Again $$$$$$$$ SO DISCOURAGING Just kick me in the gut.. Here it is..... this may sound childish but I've always needed defined instructions for successful results. 1. Time to excerise 2. Visual excerise program 3. Diet program with daily meal schedule. Monday - Sunday What do you think...Am I being unrealistic? Am I the only weak person, this is how I feel? Thank you for just reading, writing helps.

    Don't give up! Running or walking is a great free way to get in shape. A big part of losing weight is making sure you find a way to get you're heart rate up. Biking, Running things like that but as a start just get outside. Walk around you're neighborhood or local parks. There are free websites devoted to helping you plan and track what and how you eat http://www.choosemyplate.gov/ I hope this helps and good luck I'm no expert and I honestly need to lose a little weight myself but being happy is the most important thing. Ignore everything the T.V. and adds throw and you and find what make you feel good about you and the rest will come! Something that I saw that made me feel good was a quote "you are not fat you have fat, don't let anyone tell you different." Again I hope I was helpful and good luck!
