The teachers most likely went through the same things if they failed, and some how they went past that and got their education. Yes, it's not fair that our kids future can suffer, but many people go through the same thing and overcome it.. Also, the teachers (depending on their age) most likely had different circumstances, so why should they have to go through another situation just because children have failed? Everyone goes through tests and everyone does differently, no matter how hard the test, unless everyone has failed you need to question the state board not the teachers, because certain tests, such as a test for the state is created by the state borad not the teachers... And yes some scholarships are taken away, because a college doesn't want to give a scholarship to someone who failed an important state test. I agree with you on the fairness, but including the teachers in the situation is a valid solution.
