i'm 15, i'm in 9th grade and i'm 97-99 pounds (depends on my eating habits), and people has been keep saying i'm too skinny but my docter says i'm healthy. I've been on a good healthy diet like i'm eating more vegetables, fruits, grains, and just enough protein etc. but maybe a few sweet breads or cookies twice a week
but im always underweight 
what can i do to not be underweight with out harming my body?
If your doctor says that you're healthy, then don't worry. Keep doing what you're doing and your doctor will let you know if you're doing anything wrong.

The exact same thing happens to me, except I'm younger than you. My friends tell me I'm too skinny and that I should eat, but the truth is, I eat more than some of my friends and it's my metabolism and thyroid that make it burn off so easily. I've recently tried lifting weights and push-ups and core excercises and I hope in the long term it helps! :) Hope this helps you!

im the same age, and i eat normal amounts of food, but weigh 95 ibs. If your doctor says your healthy, then you dont need to worry! :)
