it sounds like his comfortable around you and likes your company. I've never seen making jokes an issue. its good to have a laugh what wrong with that and what's really your concern?? However if your uncomfortable with your boss making jokes then you ask him why he jokes around you.

hi rdh96 im queen n it really all depends on the jokes he s makin n by ur response it seems to b senseless 1s so all u can take from that is God reveals certain ppl to us for a reason and marriages holds morlyez n values which are sumd up in the vows n if he is disloyal to his wife in her face then thats says alot about him to me n i dont even no him but all i can say is watch him dont trust n stay clear caus he can cause drama n your life that u dnt need caus nothin worst then a woman scorned but a married woman scorned but be safe n pray for there married for them and watch how God turn it around for your good i promise but keep me updated on how it goes smoochz.......

Maybe he's bored of his marriage.

Most guys flirt, they don't always mean anything by it.  Sometimes they do it to see what your response is.  A lot of time they do it to make you feel better.  If it bothers his wife then he is doing it just to irritate her.  (men, grrr.)

    Good Luck,

Wait, is he just making general jokes, about work, life, or whatever, or is he making suggestive jokes? If it's the first case, it's no big deal, he's just a nice guy. If he's making suggestive jokes though, you're right, it probably is a problem.
