When skin is over-exposed to the sun’s UV, or ultraviolet, rays, the result is the redness, soreness, itching and blistering of sunburn.  To prevent sunburn, use a sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays and that contains an SPF of 15 or more.  Excessive exposure to the sun’s rays can lead to skin cancer and aged, wrinkled skin.  Watch this video to find out more ways to protect your skin!
