After a long day at work, I just want to sit down and watch some television that doesn’t require a recap to understand what’s happening. I’m not ashamed to admit that I love a good reality show. Whether you’re a fan of competitions or just the drama, here are some reality shows that are currently streaming.

The Circle (Netflix)
Based on a U.K. show with the same name, this reality competition series features contestants that live in separate apartments in the same building and can only communicate through ‘The Circle,’ a social media type of platform. Contestants create profiles and attempt to win each other over because they need to rank each other. The top influencers then get to block one person out of the circle. There are twists every episode and great personalities that will have you binging through season 1.

The Floor is Lava (Netflix)
Teams of two or three are challenged to make their way through an obstacle course with one rule… don’t fall in because the floor is lava! The childhood game of jumping between furniture has finally been brought to real life. Contestants score points based on how many players on their team make it through and are also ranked by time.

90 Day Fiance (Hulu/TLC)
90 Day Fiance follows around international couples as one partner moves to the United States. The K-1 visa allows them to live in the U.S. with the requirement that they get married within 90 days or return home. This show is filled with everything from real romance to catfishing. If you can’t get enough, there are also spin-offs like 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days and 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way.

RuPaul’s Drag Race (Hulu/VH1)
RuPaul is on a mission to crown America’s Next Drag Superstar. Each season features terrific talent, gorgeous looks, and inspiring creativity. Every episode has a mini-challenge, a primary challenge, and a runway show followed by judging. Then the two contestants up for elimination must lip sync battle to stay in the game.

The Great British Baking Show (Netflix/PBS)
As opposed to aggressive competition shows, The Great British Baking Show takes a kinder approach and calmer pace to find Great Britain’s best baker. Each season features twelve amateur bakers who must impress the judges by making cakes, loaves of bread, and more.

Queer Eye (Netflix)
A reboot of a show by the same name features a person who is nominated to get some help from the Fab 5: Antoni Porowski (food expert), Tan France (fashion expert), Jonathan Van Ness (grooming expert), Karamo Brown (culture expert), and Bobby Berk (design expert). Each of the Fab Five uses their expertise to improve the nominated person’s life and, often, in turn, their family and communities. Prepare for some tears and feel-good moments.
