Ditch those wacky diet plans once and for all!

In a new study of over 4,000 obese adults, those who used diet foods, non-prescription pills and products were less likely to successfully lose weight.

Instead, the best results came from getting more exercise, eating fewer fatty foods and taking diet pills prescribed by a doctor when necessary. Plus, the participants who lost at least 10 percent of their body weight during the study period were more likely to have joined a weight-loss program.

Less fat, more exercise and no diet gimmicks—that’s the new plan for success!
