I’m a big fan of healthy living, and one of my resolutions for this year was to eat more vegan meals. Of course, that wasn’t easy for a beginner such as me without a guide to help me through. So to do that, I challenged myself to test out many cookbooks and find the best ones to enjoy delicious and healthy meals. And I’m here to share my all-time favorite picks.

Sure, some methods can be a little time consuming like their world-famous sloppy joe’s recipe, but trust me when I say it’s totally worth the time.

Vegan blogger Angela Liddon is back again with a deliciousness packed new cookbook. She’s one of my favorite vegan chefs, and her recipes are easy and delicious. Don’t miss out on her famous Thai peanut noodle recipe!
