Poor Sleep = Skin Aging

A recent study of 60 women in their 30s and 40s found that those who were poor sleepers had more fine lines, uneven pigmentation and slackened skin than the well-rested. And they recovered more slowly from sunburn. Whatever exfoliators, moisturizers, serums and sunscreens you already use, make sure to include a good night’s sleep as part of your age-defying skincare regimen.
