The H-Low Squat:
The H-Low Squat will tone those thighs and legs and improve posture. Start off with a wide squat with your toes pointed out. Point your arms directly down in front of you allowing your finger tips to lightly touch the floor. Hold for a few seconds and hop back to the standing position and then back into the squat again. Do this for 2 minutes.
The Road Runner:
The Road Runner works your abs, butt and legs. Begin by lunging your left leg with your right arm bent and forward and left arm bent behind you. Keep your body low to the floor and jump alternating arms and legs in air. Be sure to land back in the lunge with right leg and left arm forward. Do this for 2 minutes.
The tea pot works the abs, butt and thigh really well. For 2 minutes, you want to stand on your left leg, and place your left fingertips on the floor. Extend your right leg back then rotate your mid-section right and reach right arm up. Bend your left knee, pulling your palms to your chest, then extend arms in front of you, rotating to the floor.
This workout works the abs, butt and legs. For 2 minutes, stand with both feet hip-width apart, elbows bent and palms together at chest. Soar as high as you can in the air reaching arms over your head and land on your left leg. Do the same thing on the right leg. Repeat.
