Most people don’t enjoy working out, but unfortunately, it can be detrimental to our health if we neglect our physical fitness. Exercise can help us lose weight and prevent our health from declining, including the onset of diabetes and high blood pressure. So, what exercises can give you and your health the most value? 1.Burpees
Burpees are an exercise that most people despise, but even so, they do target several different muscles. Not only are you working muscle throughout your entire body, but burpees also increase your heart rate as you do them, helping your cardio too. If you are just starting out, you can step your legs back instead of jumping, or if you are a seasoned expert and need more of a challenge, you can always add weights into your routine.
2.Side Lunges

5.Donkey Kicks
This exercise is another one that targets your glutes and hamstrings. If you have strong glutes, this can help with your lower back’s overall health. What makes donkey kicks great for everyone is that there is a variation of the workout to suit any fitness level. You can add in weights or do a more modified version if you are newer to working out.

When starting out with these exercises, don’t push yourself further than you feel comfortable going. Your body will tell you when enough is enough, and when starting any new exercise routine, make sure not to overdo what you’re capable of.
