A systematic change is needed, we should all try to help and make a difference. However, some of us can’t attend the protests. There are ways to contribute to the cause, even if you are unable to participate in demonstrations.

Take Time to Educate Yourself
The best way to make a change is to begin from yourself. Be honest with yourself and consider how you could improve in the future. Numerous resources will teach you about the history and the challenges black people are going through. Once you educate yourself, you can spread your knowledge to others.

Use Your Platform for Good
You have a voice on social media, and you should use it to spread information about what is going on. Focus on sharing informational posts that can help the community to grow and learn from its mistakes.

Donate Money
Numerous organizations need funds to make a change. If you are in a position to donate, you can help by donating to a fund. Additionally, people who do attend protests will need help when it comes to bail efforts.

Donate Food
Since protests can take a while, food will be needed. Try looking up what kind of food you can donate to the local rally to help out.

Support Businesses That Are Black-Owned
Be mindful of how you are using your money. You can truly make a difference by supporting black-owned businesses. This way, you can support smaller businesses instead of big corporations and help economic growth.

Sign Petitions
Take some time to sign petitions you agree with. This is a great way to show your support and help make a systematic change.

Donate Supplies
Since the pandemic isn’t over yet, protesters need all kinds of supplies that will keep them safe. You can donate face masks, gloves, hand sanitizers, or first item equipment to help out the people who are protesting.

Transport
If you have a car, you can drive people to protests and from them. Since it can be hard to find a place to park, you will be helping out by providing transport for people who are going to the local protests.
