A comprehensive Stanford University study comparing organic and conventional foods recently found that the two actually aren’t that different, nutritionally speaking. The main advantage organic food has is that it tends to carry fewer pesticides. (A big win in the eyes of many.)

The study didn’t account for factors like taste, which has a lot to do with a specific farmer’s practices, organic or not. And if you can find fruits and vegetables you like, they’ll do your body good no matter what.
