Are you keeping tabs on your teen? According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention—the first report of its kind—at least one in five teenage students ride in cars with smokers one or two days per week, leading to risky secondhand smoke exposure. This secondhand smoke can lead to respiratory issues—being around a smoker for four hours is like you smoking a cigarette!

Smoke in general ages you from the inside, out. That dull skin is a very visible sign of the aging going on inside you. Later down the line, that means wrinkles on the outside, and a greater risk of heart disease and stroke (and sex complications!). Is that enough to encourage a smoke-free ride?
