The beautiful Cameron Diaz graces the cover of Cosmopolitan UK’s Love Your Body issue, in which she shares her secrets for staying healthy and happy. Not surprisingly, it comes down to a few things: sex, exercise and indulging every now and then. We’re listening, Cameron.

On exercise: Just do it. “Once you commit and really put in the effort, your body goes, ‘Oh, it’s not OK to be without this,’ ” she tells the mag. “People say, ‘My body rejects exercise.’ No, it doesn’t. Your mind rejects exercise.”

On sex: “It’s something healthy that we need to be doing for many different reasons,” she says. (Yep, we could name a few: Sex is good for your health, and it makes you more beautiful!)

On phyical well-being: It’s about balance, not depriving yourself of  every delicious treat. “Remember, you don’t have to have the whole cake, you can have a piece,” Diaz says. “Don’t deprive yourself. Have fun. Just be self-aware.”

On mental health: “I think social media is a crazy-ass experiment on society. The way people use it to get validation from a bunch of strangers is dangerous. What’s the point?”

The issue hits newstands March 3. For more of Cam’s body-loving tips, check out her book (yes, she’s an author too), The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body. Does anyone else secretly want Cameron Diaz as their best girl friend?
