How cool would it be if you could pump up your upper body, (and maybe even perk up your breasts) without doing a single push up? Well, you can!

Not only do you get to enjoy the cosmetic benefits of a sculpted upper body, but you also get to enjoy other perks such as…

  • a stronger chest
  • bigger muscles under the boobs
  • powerful punches
  • a stronger core
  • and more

Here are chest exercises you can try now that’ll work at helping you build up your chest:

Dumbbell chest press: Sit down on a bench with a light to medium dumbbell in both hands with them lying on your thighs. Press your feet on the floor, squeeze your elbows and lower yourself down to the bench. Do this over and over again 10 times.

Dumbbell chest fly: Sit down on a bench with a light to medium dumbbell in both hands. Use your legs to help raise the weights, then lift the dumbbells to hold them with extended arms directly over your chest. Slowly make them extend to the letter T. You can do this for 8 to 10 reps.

Cable punches: This exercise works well because you’re puling against the resistance of a cable. Here’s how it works…

Begin by standing with your feet about hip width apart. Adjust the pulleys on the cable machine so they are at chest height for you. You’ll squeeze your glutes and brace your core. Retract your arms left and right. Do this for about 10 reps per side.
