We don’t always have the time to make it to the gym, no matter how badly we might want to work out. Especially if you don’t have a gym close by to you, getting to the gym, working out, and coming back home can be a long process that not everyone has time for. So then comes in the beauty of at-home workouts.

All you need for an at-home workout is a yoga mat (but honestly any flat surface would work) and your body. You can throw in things like dumbbells, resistance bands, or whatever else you’d like, but you can have just as good as a workout without them. If you’re running late one day and can’t find the time to hit the gym, here are some of our favorite at-home workout videos that will for sure get you sweating:

MadFit 10 minute lower abs workout

I did this ab workout pretty consistently at the gym for a few months, and although it’s super tough at first, I saw more definition in my abs.

Things can be really tough to workout because I often find them hard to target, but this workout is challenging but doable, and I always feel a burn in my inner and outer thighs.

I always go for this butt workout when I’m working out at home because it’s only 10 minutes long but gets the job done. Combine in with a few more workout videos to get a full workout in!

An arm workout with no equipment?! How is that even possible? I’m not sure, but this video made it possible. This arm workout is excellent but especially perfect for those who don’t have any weights at home.

Bonus, this HIIT workout is HIIT friendly, meaning it doesn’t use any jumping motions or anything that will disrupt someone below you. Regardless, it’s a great quick HIIT workout that will for sure get a sweat on.
