If you’re looking for an incentive to get your man to help out around the house a little more, scientists may have just helped you find one! A recent study, conducted by the University of Alberta, found men who helped out with household chores had better sex lives.
After evaluating data from a five-year long study, he found that there was no connection between chores and a couple’s sex life, which disproved a popular 2012 study that stated men who did chores had less sex. The study also reviewed men’s perception of how contributing fairly to housework and their sex life related. When men viewed their contributions as fair, the couples tended to have sex more frequently and both partners were more satisfied with their sex life.
