This sweet cocktail is made with jalapeños and one part champagne. It’s basically Mother’s Day in a glass!

Deep Eddy

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz lemon-flavored vodka, like Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
  • .75 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 3/4 inch de-seeded jalapeño slice
  • 1 strawberry
  • 1/2 oz champagne

Muddle jalapeño and strawberry, then add the spirits. Shake over ice and strain, then top with the champagne.

Pretty in Pink
This spring-fresh cocktail is the perfect Mother/Daughter drink. Since you’ll be with Mom all day, we thought you might need some El Jimador tequila. To make it Mom-friendly, there’s also lemon juice, muddled strawberries and, of course, a splash of champagne.

El Jimador

Ingredients

  • 1oz el Jimador or your favorite tequila
  • 1/2 oz each of aperol and vermouth
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz agave nectar
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • Splash of champagne
  • 6-8 strawberries

Crush strawberries with a muddler in the base of a shaker, add ice and remaining ingredients and shake hard. Strain through a fine sieve and garnish with lemon and a strawberry.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz red wine
  • 2 oz sparkling grapefruit soda
  • slice of lime for garnish

Pour wine over ice in a stemless wine glass. Top with sparkling grapefruit soda and gently stir. Garnish with a lime wheel. Add a squeeze of lime for an extra kick.
