There’s not many ways we want to be like Paris Hilton, but having the willpower to quit soda cold turkey is definitely one of them!

The 34-year-old perfume entrepreneur, recent DJ, and #neverforget, former reality show star of “Simple Life” and “Paris Hilton’s My New BFF,” recently told the UK’s Daily Mail that she lost a significant amount of weight around her waist by eliminating soda from her diet: “I stopped drinking soda about a year ago, it just shrank my midsection almost overnight.”

Hilton doesn’t only attribute her slender figure to cutting out soda. (I mean, come on, quitting carbonated drinks doesn’t tone you up or immediately drop you down to a size 2!) She admitted to also cutting out fast food. “I like green smoothies,” Hilton said. “I also like regular juices. I get a lot more vitamins these days, more fruits too, more vegetables, more protein, more salad.”

We admit this is hard to wrap our heads around considering her famous burger-chomping commercials with Burger King, Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s that she has taken part in. But maybe it’s true? She shamelessly shows off her slim waist in pretty much every instagram picture she puts up, and she really does look good.
