Everybody’s grocery list looks different. I don’t know about you, but I have to go to the grocery store with at least an idea of what I need to get, I’m stuck walking around aimlessly for hours. Carbs
Sweet potatoes: great source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. And they’re delicious!
Oats: rich in antioxidants, improve blood sugar control, and they’re super filling.
Quinoa: high in protein, fiber, and magnesium. A healthy crab and an excellent plant-based protein source.
Ezekiel bread: your body digests this bread more quickly, and it has a lower glycemic index.

Veggies
Celery: excellent source of antioxidants, reduces inflammation and supports digestion.
Broccoli: it’s full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Tomatoes: a good source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K.
