Cook the oatmeal until the broth is completely absorbed and then crack an egg into the oatmeal. Once the egg is cooked and stirred in, remove the oatmeal-egg mix from the heat, dice one half of an avocado and toss that in (try a dash of hot sauce for a kick). “You’re getting protein, fat, carbs and fiber, as well as a host of vitamins and minerals,” Kaehler says. “And because of the fat and fiber, you’re definitely full.” Best of all, you can make a big batch on Sunday night and have breakfast ready to go each morning—with just a quick zap in the microwave to reheat.
Jennifer Aniston
Aniston, who rocks one of the most beautiful bodies in Hollywood, is a big fan of high-protein diets, so it’s no surprise she kicks off her day with an egg white and chicken omelet paired with a few slices of avocado and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, according to Carrie Wiatt, celebrity nutritionist and founder of Diet Designs, a healthy meal delivery service.

Jennifer Lopez
It’s no surprise that the busy American Idol judge and mother of two needs a healthy breakfast that she can grab on the go. Her favorite way to start the day? An Optimal Cleanse protein shake.
Nutritionist Haylie Pomroy recommends the shake to her celebrity clients (Robert Downey, Jr. is also a fan) because it’s packed with filling, rice-based protein—a whopping 26 grams—and is all natural and organic.

“It gives you tons of energy and nutrients so it’s a great way to kick off the day or even have before working out,” says Pomroy. Just blend two scoop of the powder into a chilled bottle of water (no blender required, if you don’t have access to one) and you’re good to go. “You can also add some cinnamon—a great metabolism enhancer, which also helps stabilize blood sugar,” she says.
