With your legs spread wide and toes facing forward, lunge down so one of your legs is bent and the other is straight and slowly come back up with your toes still facing in the same direction. Repeat for 10 to 15 reps on each leg.
Still on the topic of squats! Only this time your feet face outwards as you slowly come down into a squat position with arms in front of you. Keep your core tight and your head up. Do these for 15 to 20 reps for a guaranteed burn.
With your knees slightly bent and your weight on the balls of your feet, jump on a step or bench that’s at least 6 to 8 inches high. Jump up and back down, landing softly on your feet. Do it for an additional ten reps.
Begin by standing with your feet apart and looking straight ahead. Get on your left foot and brush the right foot forward in the air while making circular sweeps from side to side, repeat on each leg for ten reps.
Lie on your back, face up and hand next to you on the ground. Now raise both legs and cross them over each other, bend your knees towards you, and then return to your starting position. Repeat ten times with the right leg over the left leg and reverse.
