For the fifth anniversary of her “Let’s Move” campaign to encourage more fitness amongst Americans, Michelle Obama created the video to show off five ways that she exercises as part of the #GimmeFive Challenge. We have her hubby President Obama to thank for it, after he asked his wife on Twitter to show us all how she stays fit.

The clip shows FLOTUS jumping rope, doing crunches with a medicine ball, jumping squats, a dumbbell press, and a bit of boxing work, all done with the help of Cornell McClellan, a member of the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition, CBS News explained.

Even if you don’t have a gym inside your own house like the Obamas, these workouts are totally doable. After watching FLOTUS’ workout, I’m convinced to follow her routine, too.
