A good playlist is essential to a good workout. I mean, how else are you going to get pumped up without listening to Lizzo? Finding the right workout playlist can be tough, especially when there are so many good pump up songs out there.

I don’t know about you, but I always get workout and song inspiration from watching YouTube fitness videos. No matter if I’m working out at home or in a gym, when I’m unsure of what workout to do, I always follow a YouTube video.

And one of my favorite fitness YouTubers is Maddie Lymburner, who is known for her killer workout videos and delicious vegan “What I Eat In A Day” clips. She has everything from full-body HIIT workouts to cool down stretching routines, and recently she started choreographing workouts to pop songs. These are my favorite of her choreographed workout routines that are anything but boring:

1Shawn Mendes – If I Can’t Have You FULL BODY WORKOUT ROUTINE

This full-body, intense workout will have you sweating (as if listening to Shawn Mendes doesn’t have you already).

2Ed Sheeran & Justin Bieber – I Don’t Care AB WORKOUT ROUTINE

I’m a fan of Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber, and I’m definitely a fan of ab workouts that are under 5 minutes. This one hits both.

3Ariana Grande – 7 rings BOOTY/LEG WORKOUT ROUTINE

A booty and leg workout to an Ariana Grande song is very fitting, you have to admit. Plus, anything by Ariana pumps me up for a good workout.

4Lil Nas X – Old Town Road (feat. Billy Ray Cyrus) [Remix] FULL BODY WORKOUT ROUTINE

This song is amazing in itself, but a workout remix puts it over the top. I don’t know about you, but this song always puts me in a good mood and this video makes me want to workout.

The best part about these workout videos is how quick paced and intense but short they are. This arms and core workout is only 3 minutes long, but will have you sweating and ready for the next song.

6Jonas Brothers – Sucker AB WORKOUT ROUTINE

With these song workout videos, you don’t even have to worry about crafting the perfect playlist. This song always makes me happy and this workout is fun.

Anything by Lil Nas X puts me in the best mood. This workout works both your abs and your arms and is perfect for a quick at-home sweat session.
