“Nice cream,” which is ice cream made out of bananas, is the perfect healthy option for a late-night dessert. It tastes just like ice cream, except it’s way healthier and made with half the amount of ingredients.

You can also play around with the add-ins and mimic your favorite ice cream flavor. All you need is bananas, some non-dairy milk, and whatever else you want to add in with it.
