5 Festive Low-Calorie Winter Cocktails

‘Tis the season to eat, drink and be merry! Although consuming calorie-laden cocktails can be anything but merry for our waistlines.

That said, you’re not about to sip your way through the festivities clutching a boring glass of H2O. Instead, simply arm yourself with a little caloric know-how. “Keep your calories—and your buzz—under control by choosing drinks that use club soda as mixers and that are free of added sugars, syrups or cream-based mixers (think Piña Coladas or Mudslides),” advises Keri Glassman, R.D., author of “Slim, Calm, Sexy Diet: 365 Proven Food Strategies for Mind/Body Bliss.” “And do the Holiday Hydrate—have a glass of water or club soda in between cocktails to help prevent a hangover and avoid getting too tipsy.”

Ready to belly up to the bar without derailing your diet? Try these five, easy-to-make holiday cocktails—all under 155 calories. We’ll drink to that!
