Blueberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, which can do wonders for your pretty face. Ditto for honey, says Gabriel. “Honey is an awesome natural anti-inflammatory, antiseptic substance that works magic on all sorts of blemishes, boils and zits.” Bonus: The fine sugar in this scrub sloughs off dead, lackluster skin cells—no rubbing required.
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1/2 teaspoon Matcha tea (optional)
Wash the blueberries and mash them with a fork. Blend honey, blueberries, green tea and sugar. Stir well. Apply to the skin in a generous layer, covering the neck and décolleté area. Leave to work its green magic for 15 minutes, and then rinse off with tepid water using gentle circular motions. Use on the same day.
