Jennifer Lopez understand the pressures of dieting, according to People. Well, yeah: She’s been one of the most professionally attractive people in the world for two decades. She’s partnered with BodyLab to throw down a fitness challenge to help fans do the same – or at least, you know, get a decent summer body.

“We’re all human. I don’t think you should beat yourself up if you make a mistake or if you have a potato chip,” she told the mag. “Everyone wants a cookie or a piece of cake or fried chicken every once in while. It’s not about that. It’s about consistently and always trying to be better and trying to do good.”

Lopez’s #BeTheGirl fitness challenge has the same positive attitude towards getting in shape, with her as your guide. “I will be your inspiration, your coach, and you workout buddy. When I run, you run… when I eat, you eat,” she says in the introductory video. J. Lo as your personal trainer and dining companion? Sounds good to us.

The 10-week BodyLab program includes the free app narrated by J. Lo, but of course there are some supplements for sale along the way. You probably already bought a belly chain because J. Lo wore one, so at least now she’s telling you to spend your money on something healthy.
