A recent survey of over 2,500 people found that the majority of American adults are on the lookout for new friendships. About a third say they have an easier time meeting new people digitally than in person. That’s understandable, but don’t forget the value of good ol’ fashioned face time. Social relationships have a huge impact on our happiness, so reach out to an old buddy you haven’t seen in a while or get active in the community to find your new bestie.
