The aspects of the diet are interesting, but we really appreciate how Beyoncé focused on how going vegan made her feel instead enumerating how many pounds she lost. “I am not naturally the thinnest. I have curves. I’m proud of my curves and I have struggled since a young age with diets and finding something that actually works, actually keeps the weight off, has been difficult for me,” she told “GMA.”

Bey’s decision to keep this number to herself is a nice reminder that health is about how we feel about our bodies much more than numbers on a scale. Of course, she did mention how eating vegan made her look good, too (not that she needed help in that department).  “I felt like my skin was really firm, a lot tighter than when I deprived myself of food and got the weight off fast,” Bey said. “And the weight stayed off!” Good for you, Bey!
