For many people, the morning is not complete without a cup of coffee. Not only does caffeine in coffee wake you up, but it also sets the mood for the day and gets you up out of bed. However, some people can’t drink coffee. Some people don’t like the taste, but some people can’t handle the caffeine.

The high amount of caffeine in a regular serving of coffee can often cause anxiety and nervousness for some people, creating a more stressful day. If you’re someone who doesn’t like or can’t drink coffee, that doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy a nice drink in the morning. There are so many alternatives to coffee.
